What next after importing a template?

Once a user uploads a new template to be translated in Launchpad he should be instructed on what will happen next. The information we will provide is:
- "You will receive confirmation of approval, here's how it works"
- "The easy way: upload tarballs" (if not a tarball)
- "Manage your translations here"
- "You can follow the status of your upload from here"
