cprov 20070430: most of the requirements are already done. We need to update the specification to reflect the current status of the system (lof of thing didn't get implemented as specified) and also consider to catch up on the Web UI for queue management (adding mail notification support and better permissions) because it may help MOTU
cprov 20071029: marking it as obsolete, since other wip specs are covering the remaining issues and there is a up-to-date documentation in https://launchpad.canonical.com/Soyuz .
