Unsubscribing Indirect Bug Subscribers

We will allow users that are indirectly subscribed to bugs, e.g., subscribers from dupes, bug contacts, and assignees, to unsubscribe from those bugs. We will do this by presenting a consistent "Subscribe/Unsubscribe" option to the end user. When an indirect subscriber chooses to "Unsubscribe" from a bug (e.g. by clicking an "Unsubscribe" button), that will be stored in the database as an "Ignore" subscription.
