Status overview for translator's submissions

Registered by Jeroen T. Vermeulen

Overview: We don't want translations to be just "thrown over the wall" as they go from translator to reviewer. Translators must be able to see what's going on with their suggested translations.

Goal/Deliverables: A status overview that gives a translator answers to questions such as:
 * Are my translations being reviewed?
 * How many are of my translations are approved?
 * What translations are rejected, and why?

For users to be told why there translations where rejected, first rosetta needs to give reviewer the option to comment on sugestions.
