Translation Coverage Map

This specification describes a cute way of showing how well covered the world's languages are in a given translatable object. We describe a method for rendering a world map with countries shaded to the extent that people in that country can use the object (distrorelease, or a productseries, or even a specific source package - basically anything that has one or more potemplates) in their mother tongue.
