Email System for the Ticket Tracker

The next application in line to get an email interface is the Ticket tracker. At the moment it doesn't send any email notifications at all, and it's not possible to send email to it. So it needs both an outgoing and an incoming interface. This spec covers both interfaces in short to give an overview, more detailed specs for each interface will be created later.
