Display tags on Search results, and show which tag has been searched on.

Displays of sub-sets of bug reports filtered on the tags, do not show any indication of which tag has been searched on.
This can make it very difficult to work out which category of bugs you have selected.
This blueprint suggests that:
1) There should be an indication of which tag the display selection has been based on.
2) The tags for each bug report should be displayed in the listing of the bugs.
