Views on support requests

People who answer a lot of support requests need a way of getting an overview of which support requests they should answer. Initially that would probably consist of two different views. The first one, all new requests, i.e. requests that no one has replied to. The second one is 'my queue', which would include tickets that are assigned to the person and the request is pending a reply from the person, tickets that the person has replied to earlier, and the submitter was the last one to comment on.
