"Subscribe A Friend" option into the Launchpad Answer Tracker Interface

It would be a great idea to add a "Subscribe a Friend" option into the Launchpad Answer Tracker Interface (clickable link like the "Subscribe" option) given that it can facilitate questions assignement to experts in a specific domain by facilitating their notification process which can improve answers percentage/rate.
