We should mirror the production launchpad database and have as many systems as possible using the read only mirror when the master database is down (to reduce downtime) and for read-only transactions (for performance).

2008-01-24: Rinchen - reprioritized and retargeted to 1.2.5 for the moment due to higher priority DB work
