We should mirror the production launchpad database and have as many systems as possible using the read only mirror when the master database is down (to reduce downtime) and for read-only transactions (for performance).

2008-01-24: Rinchen - reprioritized and retargeted to 1.2.5 for the moment due to higher priority DB work

Waiting on more diskspace for testing, as we have nowhere to move the staging and demo databases.
