Make sure people get redirected to the place they wanted to be when they were asked to create an account

Most of the times people will create accounts in Launchpad because they were asked to login when trying to perform a given action. Right now, when they finish creating the account, they're left in their home page (/people/$name), but we should, in fact, send them back to the place they were asked to login.
