A wiki for each project

[There were 3 blueprints opened about Launchpad needing a wiki. They all said basically the same thing, with minor variations. I've marked two of them, including this one, as duplicates of the earliest one: https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad/+spec/wiki-hosting. If I knew how to use "Mark superseded" to accomplish this, I'd do that instead. -Karl Fogel]

It would be nice to have a wiki system for each project. Project owners can add documentation, tutorials and other information there, while users of the program can contribute to it. (Little bit like Google Code, but allow contributions from non-project-owners (which isn't the case @ Google Code))

You can set 'Featured' Wiki pages for your project, and on the project front page, there will be a block containing links to these wiki pages.
