Pagetest query log

We want to have a baseline containing the number of queries issued for each page tests to compare against. The idea is to make sure that the ORM doesn't issue more queries than necessary. The pagetest log should contain:
* URL
* Page id
* Number of SQL queries
* Time taken to serve.
* Ticks used to serve the requests.
