Importing/Exporting GSI files (OpenOffice.org) into/from Rosetta

The specification describes the current process used to import language data for OpenOffice.org into Rosetta and the current practice to extract the data again to be used in OpenOffice.org builds. The current processes are using the po format to exchange information with Rosetta, which is unfortunate, because information is lost during the conversion process.
Interfaces are specified how Rosetta should handle GSI files, complete and incomplete ones.
