Fix misspelled launchpad URLs and default to correct URL based on string distance.

This will save request time when someone misspecifies a launchapd URL and retries to access a fixed URL. Launchpad should default to a correct URL given the smallest string distance form the misspelled url, to a correct url matched from a table of all possible correct urls for launchpad.
