Having Bugs and Blueprints as separate applications has no benefit, makes Launchpad less functional and harder to use, makes scheduling harder for developers, and makes Launchpad's codebase unnecessarily complicated. Therefore, these applications should be combined into a single issue tracker. Bug reports, feature requests, and other to-dos can be processed, scheduled, and resolved the same way.
