Improving import queue management

The volume of translation uploads has grown too large for a small team of humans to manage, resulting in a long queue of translation import requests. Many of these must be reviewed by hand.

Here we go through several improvements to how the application supports this process, with the specific goal of speeding up the work done by the administrators who review entries on the import queue.
