Translation Import Queue Failed Error Displaying

When there is an error importing a translation, Launchpad sets its status to 'Failed.' Unless you have the emailed error message, however, there is no easy way to know why did it failed. You could get it from log outputs, but that's not the best way to track it and see whether is a bug in Launchpad or a broken file.
With this new feature we will be able to see the error message directly from Launchpad web interface.
