People should be able to edit and hide comments
On some bug reports people mistakenly post something and then aren't able to edit it, so people should be given the right to edit comments and also an ability to hide comments that are useless to increase smoothness of workflow, these comments will show up in all activity but just not on the bug page.

Bug #516420: Collaborative way of adding Comments and Answers for a Bug or Question | Triaged |

Whiteboard
[ Vikram Dhillon ]
* Look at the schema for commenting
* Port the schema for editing description to editing comments
* Look into hiding comments feature as a js in schema
* Use sbattie's SRU page which has a similar script to hide/show package information to hide/show comments
* Decide who has these privilege: for changing comments it would be the commenter and for hiding bugs maybe everyone ?
[ Rino Tom Thomas ]
* It is better to make the hiding of comments, but it can also be better to allow only the commenter, user who raised the item and the concerned other authority to hide a comment.
* Same way as the editing of Bug Heading and Content we need to give the activities happened in the full log of the bug.
* Though not all but at least some critical answers and comments should freeze once any Bug is fixed or any Question is solved so that it can avoid confusions or illogical answers after the issue is done (For that we can take all the answers and comments available when a Question is Solved or a Bug is Fixed should freeze).
