Different User hats

Allow users to wear different "hats" in Launchpad. For instance, Launchpad Admins usually don't want the system to treat them as admins, but instead to be able to selectively activate that when desired.

2007-11-01: pax: I like this. I'm typically logged in, but often log out just to see what my project page look like to non-registered users. It would be nice to just change my hat status from a drop-down menu.
