If a group of people would buy a support contract from a company, for example, the Launchpad team would buy a contract from Canonical in order to get premium support on Ubuntu, then two things are important when any member of Launchpad team files a support request on Ubuntu; the request should be assigned to someone in the Canonical support staff, and the support request should only be visible to the Launchpad team, and the Canonical support staff.
