Users ability to rate comments on bug reports, and hide low rated comments

According to Michael's comment (#103) on Bug #537262, it would be usefull if users can vote on comments, then top rated ones gets highlighted somehow, and low rated ones get's hidden (with some ability to show all comments including hidden). This can help anyone get the most important informations form a bug report!
