Shamelessly lumping in an unrelated issue: TranslationTemplatesBuildBehavior should override verifySlaveBuildID to accept the type of id strings generated by TranslationTemplatesBuildJob.getName.

Of the base verifySlaveBuildID, the part that checks the BuildQueue is generically useful so that should probably become a helper.
