Replying to answers with links to common place where users can find answers
These would be some of the common places, that we can point users to where to look for answers. The volume of answers being around 400 per day, and not many people to answer. This could be the initial point of contact to those people, so I'll try to make an automated system, with something like when a person reports a question their email gets recorded and they are send an email that has something like this:
"We are working hard to answer all the questions that come in. While you wait, try looking through these online sources, where your question may have already been answered. If you find an answer, or think you may have found an answer but still have questions, please update this entry with links to the new information and we can provide better support. Here are some of the links that may help you to find your answer:
1. Ubuntu Official Documentation
2. Ubuntu Community Documentation
3. Ubuntu Forums <related posts here>
4. Kubuntu Forums <related posts here>
5. KDE Forums <related posts here>
6. Previous Ubuntu Answers that may have been asked" <previous answers here>
7. A specific google search from my custom engine

Discussion Questions
* Do you want to send these instructions on every question asked?
* Or only to first-time users?
* Or say, once per month / question?
Implementation Details:
* The common links can here be a google search from my custom engines
* Make multiple engines for each category to search through properly
