Change the exceptions collector

Up to now, when an exception was launched, it was displayed in a frame ; it can quickly be annoying if the crash is, for instance, in a loop and generates a lot of exceptions.
We should use an exceptions collector similar to Eclipse which will collect all the exceptions with the log and only one frame will be displayed.
