For example, latexdraw --export-latex --file toto.svg --output toto.tex
In fact, we should be able to convert a source drawing in a given format to another drawing to another format, like that:
latexdraw -c toto.tex toto.svg
latexdraw -c toto.svg toto.eps
latexdraw --convert toto.svg toto.png
