Need a way to verify that phone numbers are correct

We should verify that phone numbers are typed in correctly.
There are some django-apps out there that can do this for many countries.
For Norwegian numbers we should combine it with SMS-sending if that's configured and verify that user == owner of number.
UserProfile.phone is currently a CharField with max_length=20. Could be necessary to change this if we want to this right. :-)
