ACLs should also be connect, so that mediawiki groupmemberships is inherited from lancms.

I have a mediawiki extension partly working.
It uses userid from lancms as usernames in mw and that's not exactly userfriendly.
** This is put on hold 'till we know how the authentication and authorization will work in lancms2.
