Get trunk port IP from node label
Registered by

When using nested vifs, it should be possible to use a specific interface as the neutron trunk port, instead of assuming that hostIP of the kubernetes node is the trunk port. This allows to have separate pod data-plane networking and k8s control-plane networking.
This can be achieved by adding a label on the k8s node, 'trunk_port_ip' which stores the IP address of the trunk port.
