Adapt Kuryr-Kubernetes for selfLink removal.

Since version 1.20 Kubernetes has stopped to propagate deprecated in 1.16 selfLink for its resources. Since we are using selfLink in several places as convenient way to call Kubernetes API, now we need to figure this out by ourselves since in Kubernetes 1.21 selfLink will be removed.
