External e-mailing: automated sending of e-mails

The Infrastructure sends Authenticated e-mails in PLAIN TEXT to Natural Persons, using the e-mail address stored for that Natural Person. The content of the e-mail is extracted from data stored in the database, and depends upon the result of a logical computation (If... and/or/not ... then...).
