Install from source in virtualenv

Python dependencies coming from pip installation from source sometimes conflict with Py libraries coming from binary packages. The known examples are:
- ceph-common which is bringing requests
- kazoo, which will be used in zookeeper blueprint
Therefore we want to install all things coming from pip in virtualenv.
