Adjust all config templates in Ansible to make them uniform
Currently, we have a mixed pot of config options, some hardcoded others not available. We can set the ports we want for all the different ports and some default variables are being explicitly defined. This blueprint is to track the progress on making the changes to unify all of those options.
Additionally, some of the ansible config files need updating to keep them in line and with best practices.
