Unpublishing image tags published on Dockerhub by Kolla

We leave master/latest tag even though we no longer build the image at all (see [1]).
This causes confusion and should be dropped.
We also need to decide whether to drop tags for very old branches to not promote their usage (e.g. drop EOL).
