Add Kubenertes Images with Ceph PVC Support
Kolla-Kubernetes by default uses Ceph for stateful storage, and with Kubernetes 1.5 support was added for Ceph dynamic volume provisioning as requested by claims made against the API server. However, the images supplied by Google do not include the RBD binary that is required to support this feature.
Images should be added that provide the RBD binary in the controller-manager image to support this use case and provide a set of images that can be consumed by the Kolla-Kubernetes gate and users. As Kolla builds images with a predefined format for image tags that differs from the one expected by standard Kubernetes tooling, end users will need to retag these images manually prior to use.
