Running a single queue rabbitmq in a cloud native env

Rabbitmq is the biggest bottle neck when scaling OpenStack clouds. Kubernetes uses the concept of being cloud-native when managing containers. One question is: can rabbitmq be used in this model as a cluster of single queue rabbits distributed evenly across the cluster? In addition, can rabbitmq run with a single queue in Kubernetes without message loss in the multinode environment and shared network storage?

Whiteboard
see the corresponding whiteboard in the database blueprint. we need multi-instance rabbit for sharding, rabbit clustering for those that need it, and persistant disk for those that care and non persistent disk for those queues that are transient (rpc only) - kfox1111
