Pre checks and good CLI logging

Having environmental pre checks/validation is important to determine that the operator's environment is setup correctly to work with kolla-kubernetes.
An example of this is the default kubernetes namespace. If the user is in the default namespace and is searching for pods created in the 'kolla' namespace nothing will appear.
