kubeadm multinode getting started guide

It would be extremely helpful to have a method for spinning up a multi-node kubernetes deployment for new contributors and operators interested in evaluating kolla-kubernetes. Leveraging kubeadm could be extremely helpful here, and vagrant coupled with kubeadm makes setting kubernetes up fairly easy for future contributors to the project.
The lessons learned here and the resulting tool could be a driver for improving the Getting Started portion of the docs which was a topic discussed in Barcelona.
