The blueprint proposes to develop a docker container to include Kolla, Kolla-Kubernetes, and their dependencies. This hopefully provide developers a "runnable" quick start, and potentially could be used as part of the final delivery. with using the container, operator can deploy kolla based openstack in Kubernetes environment.
