Add a CLI feature that shows the cluster architecture

For operators, it can be important to understand where services are running at any given time. In the normal architecture, nodes are assigned roles and services according to those roles land there. With Kubernetes, it's a similar concept except that services can float across nodes.

This feature will create a map of what pods are running where in the cluster.
