Resource types on the cli

The resource/resource-template commands take a few resource_types that don't map up directly to k8s types.
Specifically bootstrap mostly maps to Job, and pod maps to Pod/DaemonSet/Deployment/ReplicationController and configmap doesn't directly relate.

I'd like to redo the resource types so that they are 1 to 1 mapping to what kubectl uses. That way an operator can easily switch between using kolla-kubernetes and kubectl without needing to rename things in their heads.

The boostrap workflow would just fire up the subset of jobs that are bootstrap related.
