Run shade's functional test suite for post-deploy verification

Shade has a pile of functional tests that are pretty easy to run against a cloud that do a great job picking up end-user issues with deployed clouds. There are also a bunch of in-tree tests to test that the Ansible OpenStack modules work against the cloud. Run them both against the clouds deployed by kolla-ansible.
