Implements graphical user interface for kolla
Kolla is now mature enough and we need a graphical user interface that will support deploying OpenStack using kolla.
GUI makes kolla easier to use and administer. It will increase the probability of adopting kolla by operators.
As we have kolla-cli pretty much in shape, then we can leverage the same to start the work on this and for now, we can target it for stein.

At the primary level kolla GUI need to support below operation:
1. Create Openstack cloud
2. Deploy one or more services to one or more node.
3. Replicate a node
4. Add a node to the openstack cloud
5. Delete a node from the openstack cloud
6. Monitors and check logs of all the nodes.
can add more feature over the time.
Some Additional Information regarding future work :-
1. We need some short of rest api that matches our kolla-ansible api.
2. Technologies that might be in picture ( hipsters with html5 and angular)
