kolla-ansible aio-deployment preparation

kolla-ansible could improve the new operator experience by offering them the option of setting up an AIO deployment on a single interface. this would be an ansible preparation task (similar to 'kolla-ansible certificates') which would set up bridge ports for the most common interfaces described at: http://docs.openstack.org/developer/kolla-ansible/production-architecture-guide.html.
