Kmuddy Lua integration

Here are the functions needed for lua to have access to:
- retrieve a kmuddy variable
- set the retrieved variable to a value
- a timer function to call a given function within n minutes with x arguments
- adding a trigger to kmuddy (though... this shouldn't be specific to lua, should be? i'd prefer an /addtrigger instead)
I'm not sure how standard thing like /openwindow or whatever work. I suppose we'll still be able to just use print("/openwindow id") (when you move that stuff from the scripting plugin into general kmuddy).
That's about it though, those 3 functions - get, set, and make a timer are the essential ones.
