Currently, kingbird doesn't have any ansible scripts which installs kingbird, sets up the configuration file and sets up the database
as our idea is to have kingbird as a plugin in Kolla-OpenStack it will be a good practice to install kingbird using ansible playbooks so as to make it easy for integration.
