Workaround for low resolution (72 dpi) Gnome printing.

For a long period of time Kicad for Linux users suffered a disadvantage of low resolution gnome printing. It may take a lot of time before wx-3.0 will be launched. May be it is time to implement some workaround for this problem?

All wxgtk gnomeprint related issues, including low resolution
and page layout issues should be fixed outside the Kicad project.

I see this tried to workaround not using wx 3.0, now that is required making this obsolete.
