unlock mouse from grid for selecting items

today the mouse jumps lockd to grid in schematic
if i want to delete awire or change a property of something that is not on grid it becomes unselectable beacuse mouse pointer
is locked to the grid, this is anoying like xxxxx as to change property you dont move the object of grid and to delete an off grid objext is not like drawing something off grid.
