Sheet scrolling with ctrl arrow

In EESchema editor, like arrow-keys moves mouse cursor in schematic view. Schematic view should be moved with the CTRL (or some alternate key) + arrow keys while keeping caret/mouse position intact (means visually "hops" mouse cursor to keep its coordinates unchanged ).
Some text or "visual component" editors actually use this key convention (Notepad++ for example). In Notepad++ while holding ctrl key you can scroll all visible lines up or down with corresponding arrow keys while preserving caret position (caret hops up and down for keeping up its original position ).
