Ability to save/copy blocks from one library part to another

Similar to the functionality in the schema editor of copying blocks from one sheet to another...
it would be useful to have the ability to save/copy blocks from one part/component to another in the library editor.
Scenario:
You have a part and you want to copy that part as a subpart or a region/selection of it into the design of another part/component. Or you need to merge or combine several parts (without having to redraw all from scratch)
